The minimum number of services required to Book for Weddings/Events is 4 Services; Example: Bride + 3 others, or a "Just for the bride" makeup service. These minimums apply to weddings booked in Albuquerque. If you're requesting services out of the city of Albuquerque the minimum services requirement will increase to up to 5 people maximum depending on time & location. The maximum number of people I can take per day is 5 people.

After you have secured your date with me, you may book a Bridal Preview. May be used for rehearsal dinner, Engagement Pictures, Bridal Shower Etc. Bridal Previews are scheduled in Studio.

Travel fee in Albuquerque starts at $60. I require a travel fee depending on time, distance, and location of the service address. Travel fees will cover my time traveling, gas, mileage on my vehicle, etc. Travel Fees are always custom to each client's location outside of the city of Albuquerque. Your estimated travel fee will be noted with your proposal.
Depending on the schedule start time and travel time to your location, between 4:45am-7:00am there's an early morning fee of $80.
A hotel accommodation close by the service address for event dates that are 2 hours or more from the city of Albuquerque will be required. This ensures I am able to travel the night prior safely, be well rested, and not run into unpredictable traffic the morning of the wedding. -If hotel accommodation is needed according to your inquiry details, it will be noted on your quote. Parking or Valet accommodation may be required if easily accessible and safe parking is not available at the service address. This fee will be added to the final balance or billed to the room.
A Holiday Service fee of $100 will be added to all services booked on major holiday weekends (i.e. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, etc).
After completing our contact form with all pertinent details, expect to hear back from us within 24-48 hours, not including weekends. Inquiries received Friday- Sunday are answered till the following Monday. We'll promptly provide information on availability and your investment. If you prefer, we can arrange a phone call to discuss further and ensure compatibility. Upon your decision, we'll gather necessary information, send you the contract for you to sign, along with a request for a 40% Non- refundable retainer of the total services.
Once the contract is signed, the retainer paid, and I've countersigned, your date will be officially confirmed. Due to the significant number of inquiries, we must emphasize that no date can be reserved without a signed contract and deposit.
